Please see attached presentation given today to Richard Holden, the Conservative Shadow Transport Secretary.
We are grateful to the minister for providing us his time to discuss this with him. He was very receptive as to why this is such an important issue locally on both sides of the Tamar, and recognised in particular the financial impact it has on Southeast Cornwall residents and businesses.
He advised that he would make time to visit the area and discuss it further in person at some point in the coming months.
We will continue pressing for it to be discussed as part of the Conservative party transport policy consultation.
